ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Vidita Kamat, part of the Kamat Group of Hotels and The Orchid Mumbai, is the founder of Mezclaa, a brand celebrated for quality and integrity. A bakery graduate from Sophia Polytechnic, she honed her skills at The Taj Lands End, Trident, and Gaylords before joining The Orchid Hotel. With 12+ years of expertise, she’s collaborated on food styling and photography with brands like Knorr and Sugar Free, even alongside Akshay Kumar. Featured on BBC Good Food India’s cover, her carrot cake won Marco Pierre White’s praise as “India’s best.” Known as a ‘Lifestyle Chef’, Vidita inspires through workshops and evolving her craft.
